Becki Newton

Becki was born in Guilford Connecticut. She began performing in local productions as well as summer stock theater at age thirteen. As she studied European History at Penn, she also did several semesters in Europe. Becki relocated immediately to NYC after graduating in order to take on Broadway. After appearing in dozens of nationally-telecast commercials, as well as guest-starring roles such as Cold Case (2003), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999), as well as American Dreams (2002), she was cast as Amanda in Ugly Betty (2006). She is married to actress Chris Diamantopoulos, and her brother is actor Matt Newton. The beautiful women I see are not necessarily supermodels.
